A space for worn-out hearts
and tangled minds
where you can just simply

HOLISTIC therapy
FOR THE JOURNEY WITHIN

Be!

Welcome

WELCOME

You might be here because what you’re going through feels deeper than words — something that ordinary answers and common approaches can’t quite reach.

Maybe you’re facing a sense of despair, sadness, or confusion that goes beyond the emotional or psychological dimensions of experience — a space where ordinary frameworks and therapies don’t fully meet you. Some people call it a *Dark Night of the Soul*— a profound period of inner struggle or spiritual crisis, where old ways of being fall away and life feels uncertain or empty. I know what that feels like, because I’ve been there myself. I understand how isolating it can feel when the depth of your experience isn’t recognized or understood.

This space exists as an invitation. A place to arrive just as you are — messy, unsure, tired, or worn down — and be met with understanding, not judgment. There’s no need for masks or scripts here. Your experience has a place to land, and your spiritual and emotional self is welcome to be real.

About

About me

1000119762_edited_edited_edited.jpg

My name is Nasha.

I was born and raised in Iran before relocating to UK at the age of fourteen, where most of my life has since been based. My early experiences, alongside later life events have shaped my sensitivity to inner struggle and the complexity of human experience.

My path into this work is deeply personal.

Before qualifying as a Spiritual Counsellor and beginning my training as a Psychospiritual Psychotherapist, I went through my own prolonged period of inner crisis. This included experiences often described as a *Dark Night of the Soul* _ a slow, continuous dying of the old self and shedding of old layers, preparing the way for the emergence of a new self _ alongside severe emotional distress and mental breakdowns that arose both from this inner transformation and from life events unfolding at the same time. During this time, I struggled with profound questions of identity, meaning, and purpose.

What made this especially and painfully difficult was the sense of being misunderstood. When I sought help, I often found that the spiritual and existential dimensions of what I was going through were not recognised or held. I felt alone with experiences that did not fit neatly into conventional explanations.

Over time, and out of necessity, I turned inward. Through extensive self-reflection, journaling and inner work, I learned to listen to myself in a different way. This process was not linear or easy, but it gradually led to greater self-understanding, integration, and stability.

I share this not to centre my story, but to be transparent about where my understanding comes from. I know what it is like to feel lost, fragmented, and overwhelmed by inner pain that has no obvious source. I also know the strength that can emerge when a person is supported in reconnecting with their own inner resources.

Today, my work is informed both by professional training and lived experience. I bring these together with care, responsibility, and respect for the unique journey of each person I work with.

Approach

My Approach

My work is based on one simple belief: that every person already carries within them the wisdom, clarity, and the truth they are searching for — even when they feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of who they are.

At the heart of my work is a simple question many people carry, often quietly: Who am I, really?

My intention is to support you in finding your own answer to that — not through borrowed ideas about who you are or external definitions, but by listening inwardly to the deeper awareness within you.

I do not see myself as an authority over your inner world. I believe that the best therapist, the best guide, the deepest source of healing, and the highest knowing already lives within you. My role is not to replace that, but to help you reconnect with it. I aim to walk alongside you as you begin to listen more deeply to yourself — to the part of you that already knows. One of the ways I help facilitate this connection is through journal therapy, which is central to my work because I have experienced its transformative and even magical effects myself.

As you begin to tune into your own inner resources, the relationship you have with yourself will start to shift and a more profound relationship will naturally develop which will support healing, self-trust, and a clearer sense of truth.

Over time, our work together can help you rely less on external authority and look less outside yourself for answers — because ultimately, the best guru you can find is the one within yourself!

deep, deep down,
far, far in,
is simply...
the fabric and structure of existence itself!

Testimonials

"Some experiences exceed every expectation, and my session was truly one of them. From the very first moments, Nasha’s calm, warm, and reassuring presence gently guided me on a profound inner journey of peace, beauty, and self-discovery. It touched my heart in ways that are difficult to put into words and awakened something deep within me that I will always cherish.

What made this experience so extraordinary was not only the technique itself, but the sense of trust, safety, and genuine presence that Nasha created throughout the entire session. I felt deeply held, supported, and free to simply be.

This is an experience I will never forget."
